You have 30 days from the date of shipment to return your online purchase in saleable condition either by mail or to a local WatchWorks store. The watch must be provided with the original box, papers and documents, just as it was upon arrival.
Returning by mail?
For items returned by mail, once we receive the item, items in saleable condition will be credited in 4 business days. It may take a few additional days to reflect on your account. Items returned in saleable condition to a store will be issued immediately.
Credit will be issued to the original form of payment. If you paid with a Gift Card, you will receive your credit in the form of a Gift Card.
If you are the gift recipient, credit will be issued in the form of Gift Card. Additionally, credit for gifts returned in store can also be issued to an existing Gift Card.

Ship Your Watch
Use the pre-paid fully-insured labels provided by us to send your watch in for authentication and to finalize your offer.
Once you accept your final offer, we will cut you a check or provide you with store credit.
